Mark and Joan were great to work with. I knew there were encroachments from several neighbors and Mark clearly mapped them out and made it easy to understand. Top Notch here folks! There were even payment options :)

I would recommend this company. They were very professional and flexible with the survey date, the pricing was very reasonable, and they even helped my neighbor with her concerns.

Joan was exceptionally courteous and quick to respond; both at the initial contact, and going forward. I had contacted Arpenteur Surveying, received a reasonable estimate, and made the deposit. Unfortunately, the legal circumstances for which I needed the survey changed. Joan understood the issue, and promptly issued a refund. I will most certainly call Joan the moment that I next need a survey.

I reached out to Arpenteur for a survey for my home. They not only replied quickly via email, they sent a follow up via text to ensure I was aware of the message. The documents provided were clear and detailed and included the timeline for service.

After scheduling the survey there were some changes in my needs. They answered all of my questions and were polite, friendly and caring throughout. Ultimately I ended up needing to cancel the appointment, but the customer service and support they provided throughout really left a positive lasting impression. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future.
